4 weeks to receive an order is unacceptable. Do NOT advertise Christmas candles in December again. Get a brain Goose Creek! It happens every year. Sell your Christmas candles in October & November. Then stop. Don't give customers a sad sack of excuses such as, our candles went viral. They did last year too or at least that's what you said. If that's the case, you could have planned ahead, but you didn't. You also mention hardworking people in rural areas. What a lame excuse for such incredibly poor customer service. I wish I could find more places to complain to raise awareness of their horrible business practices. It will continue because people aren't aware of it.
