I made a large order for Christmas on 12/13 promising a 2-3 day order ship out. After noticing the order had not shipped out by day 4 I tried to get in touch with the company. The phone number listed is just a voicemail telling you to reach out via email. After reaching out via email to get information on the order, I was continuously given a scripted” We are working hard to get your order out”. I have not received any information about my order after leaving multiple messages (9) total by 12/24. It is now 12/30 and I still have no information regarding my order. The company will not get in touch with you nor give you any information about your order. It has been 20 days and I had to go out and purchase alternate Christmas gifts, which in return has cost me money. There is zero communication or customer service with this company. I am extremely disappointed and will not be shopping with them again.
