Horrible customer service! Ordered on 12/8/24 expecting to have them by Christmas. Didn’t happen! If your shopping is backed up, an email alerting your customers would be nice. Received order and one candle is broken. Sent email and 5 days later someone responds. I originally disputed the charge because the order didn’t ship for weeks. Now they r telling me they can’t refund me for the broken candle because there was a dispute filed. Glad I only lost 7.99 because I will never order from them again. Ordered several years ago and had the same problem…broken when received.
