Ordered on 12/7 for arrival by Christmas. About a week and a half later my order doesn’t show as shipped so I use their email us button and ask for an update on my order that I might cancel if it can’t be received before Christmas. Two days later I get a response that the address I emailed is not monitored so my email wasn’t received along with another email us link. I email them and ask for an update on my order status and explain I might cancel the order if it can’t be received by Christmas. They respond that they usually ship within 2-3 days but are busy because of the holiday season. I ordered almost all my gifts on-line from alot of different companies and they all arrived within days. I emailed them again and explained their response was inadequate as I needed to know if my order would arrive before Christmas and they couldn’t tell me that. Ordering on 12/7 and expecting the order to arrive before Christmas was more than reasonable. I told them I would never be ordering from their company again. And the order changed couriers in transit. Terrible customer service.
