I ordered two candles on December 18th to send to a friend. After Christmas I realized that I hadn’t seen a tracking number yet and have been trying to get help ever since. I have emailed and used their chat bot. Are there any humans there? On Dec 31st I called my bank and asked about getting my money back. I relayed this in the text app. To Goose Creek Candles. Suddenly I have a tracking number, but it’s been four days and nothing was sent to the post office to be shipped. This has to be the most frustrating purchase ever. At this point it’s not about the money, it’s the fact that they are still running huge Internet sales and absolutely do not respond when you ask nicely about your order. You can spend your money anywhere. I will never, ever give them another dime of my hard-earned money. I’m so frustrated when this should have been simple and easy. Do better Goose Creek.
