I’ve been a customer of GC for quite sometime because I usually really like how their candles burn and their scents are nice. I’ve only had one time that there was a shipment problem, even though it does usually take a couple weeks to receive an order. But this time, I ordered on Dec. 7, 2024 and didn’t receive my order until Dec 30! Way too late to use for Christmas! I began checking on my order after a week to see if it had shipped, but couldn’t get any tracking information at all. So I texted, emailed and did everything prompted to do online only to get zero help. And on top of this, the candles I ordered were Hot Cocoa and Peppermint scented … but have NO peppermint scent whatsoever! I could have gotten better results from buying a candle from the dollar store down the road. And believe me I’ll do that before ordering from GC again. Closed my account today. So much for supporting this small business!
