Looks like there are many with the same complaint. If I had friends in the same boat. I would encourage them to leave review. I ordered 12/19 didn’t expect them by Christmas but was hoping a few days later. Emailed 12/29 and got the same old lame excuse, they were busy, they usually have orders 2-4 days but due to the last minute orders they were running behind but asked if I was going to cancel. Sent another email 12/31 and as soon I sent that I got an email stating order shipped, sent tracking number but it wasn’t picked up for 2 days. I finally got my order but I feel for the ones still waiting
