I have been ordering these candles since I first saw an ad 4 years ago. I have always loved these candles, great throw, amazing scents, and great burn time. In the last few months I have placed 3 orders. I noticed the wicks were not evenly placed, and the scent wasn’t as strong as previously (I have been buying Apple Bourbon for a couple of years). While it used to make a whole level in my house smell amazing, I can barely tell the candle is even lit now. The candles burn faster than they did before. Overall in 4 years, I have placed a total of 27 orders. In the last few months, I have not received updates for orders running late which I always have in the past. I have received multiple broke candles in the last 2 orders. While I realize the broken ones are not their fault, replacing them is important. I have never had an issue with a replacement until today when I sent a picture of a broken candle in the packaging due to the multiple shards of glass (easily visible in the picture). It was not good enough for them, they wanted to see the candle out of the box which I wasn’t willing to do due to the tiny pieces of glass. I tried uploading the picture to this review, it won’t let me. Sadly, quality is definitely not a priority anymore and I will have to find a new candle company.
