Absolute Scam!!! Rubbish costomer service and systematic scam. I bouht two ticket from same airline to use one to get to third country and second one from third country to my destination. A week before my frist trip they emailed me to inform me about the flight cancelation of first ticket. Then I had no choice to cancel my second ticket, but thet did not allow me. I even paid 16£ for cancelation protection. I called them about 9 times and each time 45minutes on answering machine. Now they said they ask for 35£ for cancelation fea. They ask me for medical letter as well. and after two weeks still waiting for they email. We live in a jungle with a rubbish government that allow these scumbags suck our bloods.
