Do not book with this company. Ever. Booked flights approx 2 months ago. Airline made a change after a month and Gotogate failed to inform me of this change. Their app did not update my flight times to reflect the change. Airline made another change 4 days ago and again I was not informed of the change. Have now spent over 7 hours on the phone trying to rearrange the flights so as to avoid a 25 hour layover. Have been promised a free rebooking however it now looks like I will have to pay about £400 to buy different flights. Often have to wait over 30 mins to speak to the "right department" as they'll happily transfer you between teams every 10 mins. Staff have a very basic grasp of English and do not listen to what you say. They have now promised me a call back from a supervisor on at least 5 separate occasions but no call has ever been received. Avoid at ALL costs.
