Poor service, we bought a couple of parents with 2 children and a grandmother. We bought flight tickets to Thailand. After two weeks of purchase they changed our flight route, when we asked to return what we had on the original flights we were told to add money - we paid !!!! After a week we changed the flight routes again, after two and a half weeks we canceled the flights on their own and said they would charge us the fees - even though we did not ask to cancel the flight !!!! We talked to them and the customer service is very bad, they disconnected inside us several times !!!! They said there was nothing to do and could not help us! We paid money again to get our flight back and now honor two and a half months - three months again we canceled the flight on their own !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just a shame and disgrace not to approach this company, I plan to start legal proceedings soon with the help of a lawyer for disgrace, mental anguish, contempt, injury, cheating and more.
