I attempted to cancel and they kept giving me the run around. They told me I needed to contact the airline, when I contacted the airline, they told me to contact gogate. Contacted gogate AGAIN and they told me to call the airline to cancel. I was back and forth like this for days! My flight is still not canceled! However, despite being told by gogate that they cannot cancel my flight, they did not hesitate to tell me they are charging me more than 1/3 of my refund. Stating that this charge is from the airline although the airline's website says nothing about these fees.
