Gotogate what a horrible service , after I paid them for 2 flight tickets I discovered that a typo mistake was done In my surname so I tried to call them but took me ages to talk to them , so their answer was they aren’t responsible for this mistake and I should call the airlines , unbelievable how terrible and bad they are , I booked from them not from the airlines ( this was a big mistake ) Don’t deal with this agency they have very bad and poor service , fortunately I could fix it and costed me 50€ through the airlines , they simply after they got paid the customer doesn’t exist any more he is history My advice book directly through airlines not agents . Stay way from Gotogate they are horrible
