The agency is not reliable at all. I have cancelled my flight and now waiting for refund more than 2 weeks. I have been contacting on daily basis and each time I had to wait for long minutes then my call is answered by unprofessional staff that exhausted me in explaining the case and later only telling me you will receive your refund shortly but nothing till now. I am getting fed up really. I put myself in trouble by booking via their website.
