It's unfortunate that potential customers don't read the reviews prior to booking a flight with this horrible company. I too had the same experience as many people on this website. My daughter got covid and couldn't travel. Singapore Airlines would give a full travel credit with no fees charged. I couldn't get GOTOGATE to cancel the flights. I'm disputing the charges with AX and expect to win. This company should be shut down! I purchased the 'Flexible Ticket' and the XCover was complimentary. The XCover is worthless too. Travel date was to be Nov 9, 2022. Order number: LL5I10
