1. On 26 June 2022 I bought 6 Wizz Air tickets for me and my son: a. from Tel-Aviv to Venice on 16 September 2022 (HB8Z2S) b. from Bologna to Budapest on 24 September 2022 (Z8WVQR) c. from Budapest to Tel-Aviv on 24 September (DD1TWP) d. there was not direct return flight 2. On 29 August 2022, Wizz Air canceled the flight from Bologna to Budapest. 3. There wasn't another flight from Bologna to Budapest and I wrote Wizz Air that we cannot use the continuation flight from Budapest to Tel-Aviv. 4. I bought 2 Wizz Air tickets from Rome to Tel-Aviv (JMCM7B), and 2 train tickets from Bologna to Rome. 5. The tickets from Rome to Tel-Aviv were bought directly at Wizz Air website. The other tickets were bought at the website of Gotogate. 6. Gotogate refused to give a refund and forwarded us to Wizz Air. 7. We haven't received any refund/compensation for the 4 tickets (1b & 1c). 8. It is a pity that I must spend so much time and energy on this issue.
