Warning to deal with Gotogate: My name is Walid Khourshid, I’m writing my review and comments, just to avoiding other’s peoples to face a problem with this agent, since I booked a flight through them website/Sky scanner. First thing when I reached Lisbon Airport’s to travel from Lisbon to Dammam, but the counter staff denying boarding, and missed the flight, I tried to use the support if customer service through the live chat but they do nothing, informing me to contact with Aegean Airlines in Greece. After one 30 minutes in hold with international call, the requested me to contact with Gotogate agent to process refund through them, again I called them to find solution of my problem by refunding money or changing my flight, but no answer and no support at all, they requested me to buy new tickets since the previous one not refundable, I purchase a new tickets for the same destination with almost 100% extra of the first booking, just to solve my problem to attend my job on time. But I wrote this comments to let peoples far from Non respected agent like them, to avoided what I faced. Order codes for 2 booking (MC9RLE & MCJBF1). Thanks
