An absolute Scam!!!
our flight was cxl by Cathay Pacific due typhoon 10 signal. They are refunded us only a miser 15%. I do appreciate that as agent they have their fees but if we do the calculation of what they should have refunded us they STOLE the 50% on $ the value, neglecting the airline company T&Cs stating a full refund should be provided.
Not only an unhelpful customer service, but they were rude and dismissive.
Do not fall for this!!!
