Booked my flight tickets in February and later on the flight schedule was changed due to which my layover time was extended from 2hrs to 7hrs. The agency told me that I am eligible for a full refund as my layover time is more than 5hrs. But later on the flight was cancelled by the airlines itself and I just got the partial refund. Agency still telling me they haven’t got another half of the refund till now😂 . It’s been 7 months now and still struggling to get my money back.
