I wish there were an option for no stars because that’s what Gotogate deserves based on my experience. As a frequent flyer, I’ve never encountered such frustrating services. Once you book a flight through their platform, they completely drop the ball. My family of 03 couldn’t make it to the airport due to the city blockade, and despite multiple attempts to get a cancellation or refund, I was met with inconsistent information from their customer service staff. It felt like nobody was on the same page. After the flight departed, I called again to request a tax refund, only to be told they marked us as 'No Show' because the airline didn’t acknowledge the blockade, even though the flight was delayed twice for that very reason. To make matters worse, they expect you to pay £35 per passenger just to process the tax refund. Overall, my experience was deeply disappointing. I would not recommend Gotogate
