First time using a service like this. Booked connecting flight - one was 2 hr layover- when we realised how long it takes to clear immigration and get bags etc no way we would have made it. There communication is awfull. Nothing they would do.
We also had a layover in dehli. Everywhere online states you don't need visa to transit but vietjet wouldn't let us board without! Can't get visa for 3 days...! We lost so much money. Go to gate could do nothing! DO NOT USE!!
