They are bunch of Liars, Im waiting for my refund for the past 2 months, they are claiming the airlines needs to approve it, i called the airlines and they said that the agency has the money already and can refund you, GTG LIES every single time by saying, our expert team will contact you!!!! and they never DO!! F..... LIARS
