They use an easily refundable ticket strategy to lure customers to make bookings, but they don't abide by their word. Terrible customer service online. They can't solve problems; they reply politely, and that's it. They even use wrong names in replies with copy and paste emails. I'm rightly entitled to a refund, and I've been asking for it for 20 weeks, but they just keep shifting the blame to third parties. To avoid receiving essential documentation from one's request for refund, they claim systematically they can't open standard pdf or png documents. Disgusting!
