Booked a ticket to Thailand from South Africa. Websute states 24/7 support and assistance, which is not true. You wait 4 days for a reply from them. There was a flight change and they only send you a message. Never contact you directly to solve the issue. They come with an excuse if they can't call outbound. We need to call them. Which is unprofessional and waste of time dealing with this agency with no assistance. Not recommended!!!
