This company is a scam. I paid extra for premium service. No such thing. Just a way to charge more. I paid extra for flexible flight option. No such thing, just a way to charge you more. I was on hold for 30 + min trying to change my flight (premium service, ya right) only to be told system was down and that I should call back in 2 hours. When I called back and after another 30 min on hold, I was told there were no flights on that date even though a simple internet search showed there were on the same airline, and not just one but several....
