This company is a complete scam. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE A TICKET FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been waiting months for a refund on my plane tickets and they keep sending me in circles. The customer service sucks as there is no one else to speak with to help me get a refund. When I first booked my tickets through them they gave me a false order number. When I went to request a refund, the ticket was non-existent. Any team member that I got in contact with was not able to help me in any way. I also used exploretrips which gave me my money back with no issues. GOTOGATE IS A FRUAD AND HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
