total scam. Bait and switch. Nowhere do they tell you before you get there to pick up the car that there is a hefty ETRA charge if you leave the provence and travel to another provence. And its a mandatory purchase for the whole week, not just the day of the side trip. Further, the insurance site to which the rental companies' web site directs you and has all the info on the car/truck you're renting doesn't bother to let you know that the total collision it provides is insufficient. No, you find that out when you try to pick up the rental. They won't rent it to you. You're screwed. The facility is a 10 min ride from the terminal. You call when you get in. But, if you want to tell them to pound salt because of their deceptive practices you have to wait until they happen to have a transport going to the airport so you can get an Avis or other company rental. Total time suck. But, of course!, they will sell you insurance at three times the cost to cover the collision requirement so you can pick up the rental. This is a very common scam with this company. While there trying to straighten the mess out no less than four other families were faced with the same dilemma. Stay away!
