The phone order service is excellent, and Natasha is most helpful. My most recent order was placed June 1st, 2 days prior to the desired delivery date, which I emphasised was essential to the purpose of the gift (an anniversary present). While Natasha assured me that the gift should arrive on the required day (June 3rd) - some hiccup in the process led to the gift being delivered on June 2nd - one day EARLY!!!!!!! Disappointing!
