during your checkout, you asked if there is a preferred delivery date on the birthday gift and i clicked 15th june 2021 on your calendar and even stated clearly if possible to do your best to deliver on 15th june 2021 at your additional customer note too since it was my uncle's actual birthday. i purchased the birthday gift in advanced on 4th june 2021. however, the birthday gift was delivered to recipient (my uncle in WA) on 11th june 2021 based on the tracking email which was kinda disappointing as if you do not comply or are unable to meet the requirements as per your customer's request as stated or informed, then why should you even bother to ask your customer to select a preferred delivery date when it is still available for me to click on your calendar. maybe you should try to look to improve it. thanks.
