I didn't receive confirmation that my order had gone through online and I couldn't find any details of the transaction. The delivery date was scheduled for Friday 30th July and I did the order on Monday 26th July (plenty of time for the order to be processed). When it didn't arrive by the evening of Friday 26th July, it confirmed to me that the order, in fact, did not process and that I must have done something wrong when order. So I did a quick evening online order to a local florist in Adelaide and got them delivered on Sat 31st. I am very disappointed with the service and how the system let me down. I paid for two gifts for my friend instead of one. I have used you before for a large basket purchase in 2020. I am certain I won't be using your service again. This is a shame as a lot of my friends are turning 50 this year and due to Covid lockdown, sending a basket is the perfect option.
