First time used - delivered to the wrong address (random house down the road, thankful for honest neighbours). Second time used - delivery driver ‘ran out of time’ on a Friday before the long weekend, so package was delivered four days late.
Whoever the delivery partner is is terrible. I understand Covid has impacted post, but I’ve ordered non time-sensitive products like clothes and had next day delivery and better communication on any potential delays.
