I ordered a hamper for my sons birthday which was on the 18/9/21. I asked for the hamper to be delivered on the 17/9/21. As my son and his family are renovating their home (at the address I stated) and are not living there at this time. My son has an office at the back of this property and was Woking at that address all day. The hamper was not delivered until 18/9/21, however my son left a note on the mailbox stating if Auspost came to give it to the next door neighbours. However Auspost left a card stating that the hamper was taken to Botany post office for pick up. As my sons daycare was placed into lockdown on that weekend, because there was a person there that had contracted COVID, he and his family had to self isolate for 10 days, by that time when he was finally able to pick the hamper up the cheese was ruined and had to be thrown out. Even though I rang and complained about the poor delivery, I felt I gave plenty of time for this hamper to get from Belrose toBotany by Friday 17/9/21. I was told it is stated on your web page regarding no guarantee of delivery at the date stipulated. I will not be ordering again from you and won’t be recommending your hampers. Very disappointing and not satisfactory customer service.
