I ordered for deliver on the 15th. It was for my sister-in-law birthday on that day. She has a broken ankle and went into hospital yesterday so obviously I wanted it for her birthday and prior to hospital.
I called to ask where the order was and was told I should have read the note online about Covid and delays. I didn't see that. The person I spoke to also said she would call the courier and find out how long it would be and she would calle right back. She never did. No phone call.
The package apparently arrived yesterday, but of course my sister-in-law was in hospital. I asked someone to go past her house to collect it as there is no one home obviously.
I'm pretty annoyed at the slow service, and no response from your team member.
I will not be using you again and will be writing about this on Facebook to warn others of the slow service.
Btw if StarTrack Express is owned by Australia Post why would you use them? Other courier conoanirst are having no problems with delivery.
