I purchased the order on the 29th November for Delivery on 1st December. On the 6th the order had not been received. I called to find that it had not even been dispatched. I was offered a refund for the delivery. $14.95. As this gift was time-sensitive I felt that the delivery refund was poor and not appropriate. The staff member stated I'll just refund the card, no discussion. This is poor management for a gift that is over a week delayed.
