Ordered a Xmas hamper for a family member added quite a few extra items but the recipient never received these extra items. Thankfully I asked the recipient to take a photo of his gift hamper to show me what it looked like as the company needed this photo as proof the extra items weren’t received. Their email address failed to work as I sent loads of emails trying to get this sorted but they said they were never received, it took a live chat to fix the problem where I could show the photo whilst chatting. The items were then sent to the recipient. What I didn’t receive from the company is an explanation as to how these got missed in the first place. I’d recommend them for a run of the mill hamper just watch if you add extra items that they do send them and not just pocket the extra cash.
