We specifically searched for a Brisbane distributor and was asked for delivery date when booking basket but it wasn't even packed until the day after we wanted it delivered and not delivered for over 4 days - our colleague was nearly back at work by then. Just need to be a little more realistic with where basket is coming from and how many days it will actually take for delivery.
