I have used Gourmet Basket many times over the last few years. They are extremely reliable with excellent communication. If there have ever been any issues with delivery (which is rare and only ever due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances) I have been able to contact someone via email and have even received phone calls to keep me updated with any progress reports regarding delivery. The quality of the products is also top-notch. Will continue to use them going forward.
