My sister loved her birthday present this year! The hamper was a real surprise! Living faraway and in a remote town with few shopping options, it's always a connundrum to find something unique and special to give loved ones for birthdays. This is the first time I tried a gift hamper and I loved the fact that I could customise it to the items I knew my sister would enjoy most. Good quality products and beautifully packaged. The online process is easy to navigate and there is a number to call if you have any questions about things you're not sure of. The tracking system is reliable and really good. Once the order was put in, the rest flowed easily. Delivery was effective. Overall it was a great experiene and one I will definitely be happy to use again. Only thing I would add is if there an be more variety of items to choose from for the hampers, which I'm guessing will happen over time :)
