The hampers are of very decent quality and beautifully packed. Friends who received them were very happy with it. The only reasom I didn't give them a 5 star is related to administrative issues .
I had reached out immediately after realising I had somehow selected the wrong hamper in the hope of changing the order before it was sent out. Even though they sent an email acknowledging my request to change the order, the hamper was nevertheless sent out before I had a chance to reply. On a couple of other occasions, promises to call back were not followed up.
