Hi. I ordered the basket on a Friday and received a call stating it could not be delivered on the following Monday as there were cold items in the basket. They stated it would be delivered on Tuesday and asked if that was acceptable. I was happy with this however it is now Thursday afternoon just before 3pm and the basket is yet to be delivered to the recipient. I am extremely disappointed. I have just been on the phone to find out more information (and been disconnected just now). They stated the package would be delivered today (before the phone hung up). This is simply not good enough as my work colleague has been extremely ill and I wanted the package delivered ASAP to cheer her up.
Added to this, I have just checked my credit card and I have been charged twice for the package.
Can somebody please contact me ASAP to talk about this experience.
