Order #GB66200 should be delivered on December 23. Hence, I should not be yet asked to rate the performance of Gourmet Basket given that it is not December 23. Hopefully, the basket has not yet been delivered!
If the basket has been delivered prematurely, then I'd rate the service as poor as the wrong date of delivery will create a range of problems for both the recipients and the gift givers.
