My uncle loved the basket when he finally got it. I specifically chose to order from you as you are in the Highlands, which would make delivery quicker and easier than from Sydney. I was surprised and disappointed when it took more than week to get the 20kms from Moss Vale to Robertson and then it was just taken to the post office for him to collect and not delivered to his house as I expected! That said, he told me the hamper was lovely and he would keep your card to use in future.
