I'm happy with the presentation of the gift basket and my father in law liked it. However I'm very disappointed with the length of time it took to deliver (with no correspondence to advise the delayed delivery). I was told it would be delivered on the 5th of May but it wasn't delivered until the 6th of May!
I did send an email to ask if the basket could be delivered on the 4th of May and I was advised by Rachel
"Unfortunately we are unable to change your gift delivery date as the earliest this would arrive would be for the 5th May." with no explanation offered as to why.
The basket I chose was quite expensive as it was a very special gift for my father in law. I know I left my order to the last minute and we're in a pandemic but the delay wasn't satisfactory.
As a comparison: after I ordered a basket from your website I went to a UK website to order one for my sister living in the UK and it was delivered two days later (on a Saturday).
Would appreciate an explanation for the delay or I regret I will not be utilising your service again.
