It was beautifully packaged. I was a little disappointed that it was a chocolate basket and as at additional price, I requested a Hot Chocolate drink to be included. Instead, the recipient received a Chai Latte drink. She doesn't drink coffee. I would have hoped that I was contacted prior or at least a refund for it as it was an additional cost with a product that couldn't be filled.
