I was told my delivery would be 02/10. I rang to find out where my hamper was and was told there was a mistake made and I would receive my delivery 07/10. I called today (07/10) and was advised that courier was unable to make delivery today because it was cheese and the order was cancelled. I am so disappointed because this was an anniversary gift for my Mum due to us being 6 months together in lock down last week. Now I have to tell her I have requested a refund. Why did not someone tell my last week that it would be a problem to deliver cheese to regional Victoria. The person I spoke last week was aware this was a regional order.
