No delivery so no dinner for the evening.
Although they have given a refund which is appreciated, they have and will not not be delivering the ordered meal. It was the food I wanted, not the refund.
If I had not raised the issue, the company wouldn’t have even realised my meal wasn’t delivered.
Reading the comments here I can see this is something that other customers have also experienced.
I won’t be ordering from Gousto again.
