First and last time I will order from Gousto. Very poor communication. Courier did not deliver. I had to contact customer services to find out the second delivery date would not be honoured. I asked twice if the food would be kept refrigerated whilst with the courier the answer I got was “it will be stored correctly”. Refused to confirm if it was refrigerated. Asked for a refund and cancelled my subscription
