I have had food from Gusto for a few years and nevr had a problem BUT I was recentley sent an offer of 60% off my next order if I reactivated my subscription. I did this and placed an order for 19th September. On 11th September I received a text from the delivery company to say my order was being delivered the next day! This box contained 4 meals, none of which I would have chosen. I was charged full price for this box.
I contacted Gusto by their chat line and email and have not had an apology, never mind a discount.
No one seems to know what is going on, they kept telling me I couldn't have a discount as I was already a customer, the offered me 30% off my next box.
There won't be a next box!
