First box didn't arrive. After being told it had been returned to sender and to contact Gousto, I contacted them for them to tell me to contact Yodel. A lot of hassle for something that's meant to ease and straight forward. Finally after Gousto telling me my box wouldn't ever arrive, they said they would give me a refund and 50% of my next box. No offer of sending out a replacement, I am now having to wait for refund to come back into bank account, no meals that I had ordered for the week a head and the hassle of having to reorder. I don't see why I should have to be put out and inconvenienced like this. It leaves families with no meals and no money to purchase alternatives. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend!!!!
