5.56 ammo became available on their site. I ordered a 1000 round cannister. They ended up canceling my order and issuing a refund essentially stating they didn't want my business. I think they canceled it so they could raise the price, like they did on the guns that I bought from them. I am also of the opinion it is because I left a less than stellar review about a previous transaction. FYI they have never contacted me to discuss my review. I was very descriptive of the problems I had, but not abusive. Before I posted, I even called in to their store to discuss, but received less than helpful attitude from their personnel. I spent over $2500 with them on 3 gun purchases. Here is their note to me, verbatim. You be the judge:
Your order has been canceled due to past interactions. We like to partner with our customers to create a mutually beneficial partnership and based on your actions we would prefer not to continue the relationship. We have canceled your order and issue a full refund.
There are only three "actions" I had with them: my order, a phone call, my review post delivery.
I can only assume it was in reference to my review. Whoever wrote this obviously didn't like being called out on their poor performance in customer service. Instead of contacting me and working through any issues they may have (past or present) and letting me know in person via a call, they rather childishly canceled my order, using it as a big FU, and placing the blame on me. Caveat Emptor "Buyer Beware".
